Before booking a transfer from the airport with GO-TRANSFERS.COM, we strongly suggest you carefully read our Terms and Conditions.

The following travel conditions will apply to all clients booking with GO-TRANSFERS.COM transfers in Rhodes.
The administrative terms refer to the contracts entered into by GO-TRANSFERS, as an agent disclosed to the supplier, for customer services between several destinations specified in the reservation and paid.
GO-TRANSFERS is a limited company registered in Greece (company registration number 11 43E 61 0000 71 900 and VAT registration number 09541 95 27), located 5TH km Rhodes-Lindos Avenue, 85100 Rhodes-Greece. GO-TRANSFERS referred to in the agreement as «we, us or our». All the passengers referred to in the agreement as «you or your»
1.1. GO-TRANSFERS is a passenger transportation booking service acting at all times as a disclosed agent of the specified supplier at the time the services are booked and paid for by you and confirmed by GO-TRANSFERS. The general conditions applicable to the contract between you and the supplier are defined in the booking conditions of the supplier concerned. These are available on request. GO-TRANSFERS cannot accept any responsibility happening from the provision of services.
1.3. To make a reservation, simply follow the ordering procedures on our website. All orders must be passed at least 24 hours before your departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that the starting point and destination addresses you have specified are complete and exact. The amendment of any error made during the reservation will be subject to our policy of modification and cancellation (clause 4 and 5).
1.4. You confirm that all the details you provide to us are correct, that the credit card you use is yours and that there is sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the reservation. We reserve the right to validate your credit card details before confirming the reservation. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not accepted, we will cancel the reservation and not provide the transfer.
1.5. Private transfer
The client purchases a transfer service exclusively for himself and/or the group of which he forms a part. The vehicle utilized is at the disposition of the client for the transfer service as booked. The driver will take clients from the departure point to the arrival point requested by the client. 1.6. Door to door shuttle transfer
The client purchases one or more seats in a specific type of vehicle, and as such, the service may be shared with other passengers. The client understands that during the trip the shuttle may effect brief detours or stops in order to pick up or drop off other clients. Pick-up times in these cases may be shifted ahead of scheduled time or delayed for up to an hour from the time as shown on the booking. The client accepts these possible modifications in scheduled pickup times. No transfer will be made from / to private villas.
1.7. For departure transfer, it is your responsibility to call the call center 48 hours before your departure at +3022410 74500 to finalize your pick up time.
2. Children policy
2.1. On shuttle services there is a charge for infants who are under the age of two. The legal requirements in Greece for infants are that infants must be secured during the transfer within a baby/booster seat. Please contact us at email@example.com to check the requirements for your route because if the supplier is not able to provide a baby seat you will have to bring your own. While choosing the number of children passengers in your booking, you have to include the infants in the total number of the children passengers in the transfer. In some occasions, accordingly to the travel dates and destination there might me some discounts to children or infants. In this occasion the transfer provides reserves the rights to verify (by checking the passport or an official ID) that the children’s date are over the age of twelve but they received a discount price. If the children are over 12 and therefore not entitled to a discount, the price difference will be paid directly to the transfer provider. For private transfers such taxis limousines all children and infants count as passengers regardless of their age and they must be included in the total number of children passengers. For example, a party of two adults, two children and an infant, shall be booked as two adults and three children. There is an extra charge for using a baby seat regarding the use of taxi.
2.2. Regarding private transport services, all children and infants count for the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and you must add in the total number of passengers when you make the reservation.
2.3. Occasionally the transfer provider can provide some baby seats, which may vary in quantity and quality. An extra fee may be payable and this extra service is provided only by booking a taxi or a limo transfer.
3.1. Payment for service requested is to be made at the time of booking. The reservation made by the client is to be considered as a «Booking Request», which will be emailed to GO-TRANSFERS.COM along with a copy to the client, which will allow the service to be charged to the client's credit card for the amount of the transfer requested. If GO-TRANSFERS.COM is able to effect the requested service, the client will receive an email confirming the booking (Transport Voucher) and the cost of the service will be charged to the credit card given by the client at the moment the transfer was requested. The email sent by GO-TRANSFERS.COM is to be considered proof of receipt by client.
3.2. If for any reason GO-TRANSFERS is unable to provide the service requested, the client will receive an email from GO-TRANSFERS.COM Transfer cancelling the «Booking Request». In this case, the client's credit card will not be charged.
3.3. The booking confirmation (Transport Voucher) is for all effects, the client's ticket. The voucher must be printed and presented to the GO-TRANSFERS.COM driver before the transfer is to be effected. The "booking request" has no validity as a travel document.
4.1. It is the client's responsibility to check all information printed on the Transport Voucher in order to confirm that the booking corresponds the information given at the time of booking. Any errors and amendments must be communicated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the transfer is to be effected.
4.2. When you want to change your reservation to a destination other than the one requested in your booking, you will need to cancel your initial reservation and make a new one. Cancellation fees may apply.
5.1. If you want to cancel your booking, whatever the reason, you can do by sending an e-mail at email@example.com. If you have booked with an agent you have to contact directly with your agent to do that on your behalf. The cancellation fees only apply if you have booked with us directly. If you have booked with a travel agent please contact them for more information.
The cancellation charges are as following:
- Bookings cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date: 10% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled 60-15 days prior to arrival date: 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled inside 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fee.
Please note in the case of «No show» the booking in non-refundable. Also cancellation credit cannot be moved between bookings.
5.2. We will inform you as soon as possible if we need to make a significant change to or cancel your confirmed Services. We will strive to find suitable alternatives at no additional cost, but we will no longer be responsible to you.
5.3. If you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking via the website or application, no refund will be made.
6. Force majeur
Force Majeure means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or modify a Service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, accidents and delays, marches, demonstrations and organized disturbance, acts of any government or other national or local authority, natural or nuclear disaster, fire police operations, unforeseen road accidents, terrorist acts and their consequences, riots, industrial conflict, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond our control.
7. Our responsibility
7.1. We are responsible for selecting services for transfer using reasonable skills and care. We have no responsibility to you for the actual provision of the Services (except it is proven that we have failed our obligation to take reasonable precautions and you have suffered losses or direct damage).
7.2. In the event that we are held liable to you in any way, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of your reservation (or the appropriate proportion if everyone is not involved in the reservation). We do not exclude or limit liability for death or injury resulting from our negligence or that of any of our employees acting in the performance of their duties.
8.1. There is no smoking in vehicles utilised by GO-TRANSFERS.COM service suppliers.
8.2. All GO-TRANSFERS.COM service suppliers have the right to refuse transport to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior places the driver, vehicle or other passengers in danger.
8.3. Alcoholic beverages or drugs may not be brought into GO-TRANSFERS.COM vehicles with the intention of consuming them on board.
8.4. All vehicles utilized by GO-TRANSFERS.COM Transfer service suppliers are insured for civil liability towards third parties in accordance with existing laws in the country where service is effected.
8.5. All transfers effected by GO-TRANSFERS, with the exception of shuttle bus service at fixed times, are door to door transfers. Nonetheless, there are destinations where it is not possible to arrive with said means of transport utilized by GO-TRANSFERS.COM, such as certain hotels in the center of Rhodes. In these cases, it is the Client's responsibility to contact GO-TRANSFERS.COM offices in order to verify departure times and pickup locations so that they are confirmed by the Client. Cases in which the Client does not contact GO-TRANSFERS.COM Transfer offices and misses his transfer are not eligible for refunds.
If you are on your holiday, please contact the supplier calling them on the number located on your Transfer Voucher, to let them know and explain. If this has not resolved the issue, the post-trip complain procedure is mentioned in our Terms and Conditions. We require that the post-trip complains are submitted within the first 28 days after your return travel date. If the complains arise from failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions (i.e. want to smoke in the shuttle bus), they will not be taken into account.
10.1 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim resulting out of or in connection with them (including disputes or non-contractual claims) shall be governed by and perform in accordance with Greek law. In case of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
10.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, as a result of which any use of our website will be governed by the new version. It's up to you to check the terms and conditions regularly. The conditions ruling the purchase of any service will be the ones in force at the time of your order.
10.4. If a provision or clause of these terms and conditions becomes or was declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this clause or provision would be deleted but all other conditions would remain valid.
10.5. You declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
